RECOMMENDED USE

As a dietary supplement to regular food intake, take at least half (1/2) of a serving prior to/or during physical exercise.

MIXING INSTRUCTIONS

RELOAD dissolves instantly in water or juice. Mix one (1) full serving with 16oz water or juice in a glass or shaker. Simply stir or shake and drink.
