RECOMMENDED USE

As a dietary supplement in addition to regular food intake, adults take one (1) to two (2) capsules, depending on your desired stength, with 8 oz water, 30-45 minutes before breakfast or lunch, or as directed by a health care professional. Drink plenty of water while using this product.
